Health Plans
Our basic service covers one year of office medical visits.
- Please call for pricing details as they vary based on factors such as need, location, limitations, etc.
- Includes all primary care services I can provide for you including EKG, TB testing.
- Coordination of care.
- Other services (labs, immunizations, X-rays, specialists, hospital costs...) are not included in this fee but may be covered by your insurance or can be obtained at a reasonable cash price.
Home medical visits.
- Cost is dependent upon location. Please call to discuss pricing.
- Includes all Primary care services I can provide for you at your home at our mutual convenience, including monthly visits and urgent visits
- Coordination of care.
- Other services (labs, X-rays, home health) are not included in this fee but may be covered by your insurance.
